Art Boca Raton 3rd Edition

Art Boca Raton is an international art fair from the organizers of Art Palm Beach. International galleries will be exhibiting modern, contemporary, and emerging artists from the 20th and 21st centuries. The five day fair includes a full schedule of collector lectures, artist talks, artist’s demonstrations, curatorial tours and invitations to community satellite art events at local art institutions.  Collectors and art lovers are encouraged to take advantage of the fair’s full offerings to immerse themselves in enriching their knowledge in art history and current art trends in collecting and viewing art.

Art Boca Raton’s 3rd edition returns after an overwhelming success in March 2017.  Over 17,000 collectors welcomed the fair, and it received tremendous support from the community.

The fair’s “Collector Forum” includes a full schedule of collector lectures, artist talks in exhibiting dealer booths, book signings, and art curatorial tours. Collectors and art lovers are encouraged to take time to immersive themselves in taking advantage of this enrichment program to expand their knowledge and exposure to contemporary art and current trends in collecting art. Collectors are invited to attend these pre-fair coffee hour events, admission is limited to Enhanced Cultural Experience ticket holders.

Art After Dark

For Art Boca Raton, the Museum extends its hours each evening with “Art After Dark” which includes special performances, lectures, and an opportunity to mingle with a glass of wine, refreshments, and music with visiting featured exhibiting artists, collectors, curators, and museum members. The event is held on March 15 & 16, from 6- 8 pm. The Museum will offer attendees complimentary admission and viewing of the featured exhibitions:  Alex Katz: Small Paintings; George Ohr:  The Greatest Potter on Earth and Contemporary Photography Forum.

“Artists at Work,” a full daily schedule of live demonstrations of art techniques by local artists and sketching sessions, inviting guests to make as well as see art at the fair. Sponsored by ArtSynergy PB, the unique countywide organization of artists, businesses, and civic leaders committed to unifying and promoting the diverse culture of Palm Beach County’s and South Florida’s vibrant arts community. Scheduled demonstrations will include painting, watercolor, collage, printmaking and jewelry design. Scheduled daily: 11:45; 1:30; 3:30 pm
